Q. Where do you ship from? 
A. We ship from our partnered warehouses & factories located in US & China. So, please expect your items to be shipped separately (if you order more than one item) as different factories specialize in different areas of manufacturing. 

Q. How long will it take for my items to arrive? 
A. Our items are in stock and can take up to 3 business days to process. 
And Delivery It will usually take 7-30 business days to arrive. Shipping times vary from product-to-product; based on demand and shipping location. 
Tracking details will be emailed to you once your order has shipped.

Q. How long will it take to receive a tracking number? 
A. It will take usually between 2-5 business days. 


Q. Can I change the shipping address once the order has been placed?

A. If the order hasn't shipped yet, we can still change the address for you. Changing order information will delay the shipment.

Q. Which currency will I be charged in? 
All payments are in USD. Paying in local currency means your home bank handles the currencyconversion. For PayPal payment, PayPal asks if you would like to pay in USD or Local currency; they will convert the currency from USD to Local currency for you.

Q. Will I receive a confirmation number when I place my order? 

A. Yes, all customers will receive an order number after placing their orders.

Q. Why am I being charged extra by customs?

Q. If I enter my email address will you sell my information? 
A. We do not sell our customers information. Emails are strictly for follow-up and to send newsletters of our promotions and coupons for discounts.

Q.  What should I do if the tracking website states my package was delivered, but I never received it?

A. We are so sorry for the trouble!

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. You can request to cancel your order at any time before your order has shipped.

Q. When will I be refunded for my return?

A. Your refund will be processed once your return has been received.

Q.  Late or missing refund?

A. If you have not received your refund yet, check your bank account. If a refund is still missing, contact your credit card company, as it may take some time to before it correctly reflects on your statement.

Q. What should I do if I didn’t receive the size I ordered?
A. If you receive the wrong an incorrect size, please let us know by emailing us at support@redsekor.com, with pictures of item you received.  We will process a replacement order as soon as we are notified.

Can I place an order by phone or email?
A. For security purposes, we do not take orders by phone or email.  If you are having trouble with placing an order on our website, please contact us at support@redsekor.cm and we can help with troubleshooting the issue.

 - Select the model for item you prefer and selecting “add to cart”.

- Once you have added all of the items you are interested in purchasing, select “View Cart And Checkout”.

- Review your shopping cart to ensure you selected the correct model.

- If you have a promotional code, enter your code in the “Enter Coupon Code” field and select “Apply”

- Select the “Checkout" (if you are using Paypal to pay for your order) option to checkout.
